Payment Requisitions
On March 1st, 2023 Payment Requisition requests will be available electronically in Western Financials (Peoplesoft) under Forms.
This is replacing the paper (PDF) Cheque Requisition Form as well as Cheque Requisition Form in Mustang Market.
Payment requisitions should be used when funds need to be sent to a payee that doesn’t fit into any other process, and HST is not applicable.
The payment requisition form cannot be used for:
- Payroll/ Salaries
- Payments that fall under a NCNER (Non-Continuing Non-Employment Remuneration) form
- Payment for goods and/or services rendered
- Refunds for payments initially received by credit card (card must be used)
- Petty cash reimbursements
- Expense reimbursements
